When you make a booking with us for a session with the horses, we will require you to complete a client registration form. This form will be sent to you via email. It provides us with the following details: name, address, mobile number, email, emergency contact details, date of birth, relevant health information, and what you hope to get help with during the session. 

Client registration forms, and any notes taken after the sessions, are stored in a secure, locked cupboard. Client notes are kept for seven years. Session notes are brief, handwritten, and made at the end of each session. The notes are a way of recording what happens in our collaborative work together so that a safe, ethical service is provided.

Newsletter mail outs

We collect information from you when you sign up for our newsletter. The type of information we collect includes name, mobile phone number, email address, how you heard about us, and what you would like to know more about.
