Supervision
“We do not learn from experience… we learn from reflecting on experience.” – John Dewey
A supportive space for Equine Facilitated professionals to reflect, evolve, and grow.
Explore your practice, build confidence, and deepen your understanding of your work.
Supervision (Equine Assisted Services)
I offer both individual and group supervision for qualified professionals working in Equine Facilitated Services.
This is a supportive, reflective space where you can explore your practice, build confidence, and deepen your understanding of your work. Supervision is an opportunity to bring not only successes, but also the areas that feel more challenging – such as complex client cases, personal triggers, ethical dilemmas, self-doubt, or moments of feeling stuck. All of it is welcome. It’s a space to stretch yourself, gain new perspectives, and continue evolving both your practice and your business.
Supervision is more than just a requirement; it’s a vital space to evolve both your practice and yourself.
I bring a breadth and depth of experience to our sessions. I have a long-standing background as a counsellor and Equine Assisted Therapist for the past 10 years. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Trauma Therapy and more recently completed another major training in the United States as a Certified TeachingHorse Facilitator. My experience as an equine assisted facilitator ranges from working with individuals with trauma, and executive leadership coaching, to running group personal development retreats, and one-day leadership workshops.
I see Supervision is an essential part of maintaining a safe, professional, and ethical practice, and I aim to offer a space that feels genuinely supportive, not just another requirement.
